How Outsourcing Changed My Business

My experience with outsourcing started when my consulting service began to gain popularity and I realized that I had been spreading my self too thin with projects that were definitely not within my area of expertise.  I was doing everything for my business, from the actual client work to web design. And, honestly, it was exhausting!

I had a conversation with an internet marketer who could not stop talking about the benefits he had realized when he decided to outsource some of his work to an Indian company.  I was doubtful; however I began to believe him when he started showing me how his profits had literally doubled in the first month.  I was still reluctant to make the jump, because I didn't feel comfortable letting anyone else handle any part of my business.

On a day when I feeling completely overwhelmed by all the things I needed to get done, I decided to give outsourcing a try. I expected to have more free time; however I never expected that outsourcing just a few projects would triple my profits within the first month! One of the first projects I had done was having ads posted on Craigslist. I was amazed at how many new clients my ads brought to me while knowing there was no way I could have posted as much nor as frequently as the operator who was assigned to my project.

Getting started with outsourcing was not a split decision. I planned carefully and researched several companies before deciding on a company located in India. Through my research and through those initial outsourcing experiences I developed a new appreciation for the value of outsourcing.

It was at that moment that I decided that I needed to give other entrepreneurs the ability to develop that same trust in outsourcing.  That is why I am here.  My goal is to serve as a liaison between you and the outsourcing company, someone with whom you can communicate in order to get the job done right the first time!
