What are the working conditions like?
Operators work in a spacious, clean office. At their work station, they work 8-hour shifts choosing which shift best suits their needs. (There are three shifts ensuring operators are available 24 hours a day--6 days a week.)

Is it possible for an operator to live on the $500/month they will earn?
Yes. Comparatively, someone in India earning $500/month is nearly the same as you hiring an employee in North America and paying him/her $2500/month.

What kind of technology do they have available?
Each employee works with a high speed, ADSL Internet connection on a Pentium PC. There is both dial-up connections and a power generator to ensure both an Internet connection and power is accessible in case of an outage.

Can I set the hours and days the tasks will be done?
Yes, you choose the day or hours that suit you and your business.

What is the time difference between the US/Canada and where the employees are located in India?
India is 11 hours ahead of EST.

What are the payment terms?
This service is pre-paid to ensure an employee is immediately secured for your project.

Is there a contract?
No. This service is offered on a month-to-month basis. You can cancel at any time.

How do I know employee is actually working?
In many cases, you can see the results of your employee's efforts (by checking out Craigslist or your MySpace page, for example). However, if you would like, a weekly report detailing the work your employee has done will be sent to you.

How long does it take to get started?
Once payment is made and the task you need performed is detailed and confirmed, your employee will get started immediately.

What if I want a task done that isn't a typical data entry-type job?
When clients have a need for a task that is unique, you can pass along instructions to me by text, or preferably via a Camtasia video which demonstrates exactly what you need done. I will pass along your specific instructions to your employee.

Once I have an employee assigned to my task, does that mean I have that employee dedicated to me?
Yes. The employee chosen to work on your project will work full-time, dedicated only to you.

Are my business secrets and information safe with you and the employee who is assigned to me?
Yes. The data mined and information produced for you shall be the property of the client. Neither I nor the employee will sell, transfer or use the work produced to any anyone other than you.
